Return Policies

7-day return guarantee service, if the customer finds that the product quality does not meet the production standards within 7 days of shopping, Holley will arrange for a replacement. When the product is within the warranty period of the manufacturer, the customer can also enjoy the warranty provided by the agent, please return the product to the manufacturer/agent for repair.

  • When replacing the product, the customer must submit the original product purchase receipt to Huali for cancellation.
     

  • Products to be replaced or refunded must be returned together with the complete unopened packaging, accessories, instructions and unfilled warranty.
     

  • Products to be replaced or refunded must not be damaged or have been wetted.
     

  • The 7-day return guarantee does not apply to products that have been registered for warranty online.
     

  • The 7-day return guarantee does not apply to products that have been repaired.
     

  • Items must be returned together with all gifts that came with the purchase, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
     

  • Customers must bring the goods and documents to the company within 7 days from the date of shopping or signing for the product to return.
     

  • If the company's staff fails to prove that the quality does not meet the production standards, the customer needs to contact the agent for verification.
     

  • In case of any disputes, Holley reserves the right of final decision.
     

    • If the product is faulty or damaged after 7 days of purchase, the customer must contact the agent directly for follow-up.

    • The agent will check the product to determine the quality.

    • If necessary, the agent arranges replacement or repair directly with the customer.

    • The agent reserves the right of final return.

*The Chinese Version of these terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese Versions.
