租借服務簡介 How does rental system work
- 選取所需貨品: Find the product you need:
- 選擇適合日期和時間，如有需要請聯絡客戶服務員。Choose a delivery and return date please contact customer service for more details.
- 如顧客要求送貨服務，本公司將按送貨地區收取運費。If customers request delivery service, the company will charge the fee according to the delivery area.
- 「租用費用」如超過$1200或以上可享免費運送至地面的服務。Rental fees exceeding $1200 or above you may enjoy free ground delivery services.
- 收費每程HKD$90。 The charge is HKD$ 90 per trip.
- 若送貨地點位於偏遠地區(大潭區域、東涌、機場、清水灣、西貢、沙頭角及山頂)，顧客須繳付附加HK$100之運費。 If the delivery location is in remote areas (including Tai Tam, Tung Chung, the Airport, Clear Water Bay, Sai Kung, Sha Tau Kok, and the Peak), customers are required to pay an additional HKD$100 for delivery.
租借條款 Terms and Conditions
需預先支付每張訂單金額的百分之五十作為按金。 ( 當收回租借產品時, 會原數退還。）A deposit of fifty percent of the total order amount is required before contract. (When returning the product, full deposit will be refunded.)
如租借之產品交還時過於骯髒 需另收每件衣物HKD$ 100的清潔費用。If the product is returned in bad condition, we will charge additional cleaning fee of HKD 100 per item.
本公司的租賃服務係以「日」為計算單位，由於司機每日需統籌處理多個地點的派送與收件，具體抵達時間將依據當天最佳物流路線進行規劃與調整，無法提供指定時間派送或按精確小時延後收件。Please note that our rental duration is billed on a daily basis. To ensure efficient service for all customers, our delivery and collection schedules are planned daily based on optimized logistics routes. As a result, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times or custom collection windows.
